Acceptance of the terms

By using uMIS you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, If you disagree in any term of this document you may not use this platform

Elegibility

• You must be 13 years old to use the platform
• By using uMIS you confirm you have the capacity to enter into this agreement

  User Responsabilities

• Anything you post is your responsibility
• You must follow the Community Guidelines
• You must not disrupt or hack the platform
• Your credentials (Password and API token) are under your responsability

  Content Ownership & License

• Anything you post is under your ownership, stealing content and posting it under your name is explicitly prohibited
• By posting in uMIS, you grant uMIS a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store and distribute your content to operate the platform
• The platform is not responsible for any user-generated content

  Account Management

• uMIS has the total right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these rules or the community guidelines
• Your content may not be deleted along your account
• If you believe your ban was unjustified, you may appeal via DM to any moderator

  Privacy & Data usage

• uMIS collects minimal user data necessary for operation
• uMIS does not sell your third data to advertisers or third-party companies

  Disclaimer

• uMIS is provided as is with no guarantee of uptime or content moderation efectiveness
• uMIS is not liable for any damages caused by the use of the platform or user-generated content
• We may discontinue or modify features with no previous advice

  Changes

• uMIS may update these terms at any time, disagreement on new updates may result on a account terminitation
• Significant changes on any part of the platform will be adviced to the users via any administrator account

  Jurisdiction

• uMIS operates under the Peruvian jurisdiction and laws
